I have been using Rush Automotive for over six years, and I can't say enough about how grateful I am for their outstanding service and support. From the moment you walk in until the time you leave, they make you feel valued and welcomed. The family-oriented atmosphere is evident in everything they do.
They always take the time to explain the services they're performing and let me know if my vehicle needs any additional maintenance, without making me feel pressured. It's hard to find a mechanic who is reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable, but Rush Automotive has consistently exceeded my expectations.
Every time I bring my car in, I know it's in the best hands. Thank you, Rush Automotive, for always providing exceptional customer service and taking such great care of both me and my vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and dependable automotive shop! Heather Norman Round Rock Location

I had a small accident with my bumper and came in about 30 minutes before closing because I was worried about driving with it hanging off. Warren and Alex immediately greeted me with the friendliest service and took the time to help me, even though they were busy. They temporarily fixed it so I could safely drive again, and I really appreciated how kind and helpful they were. Great service, great people - I’ll definitely be coming back for any future car needs!

Had a small hiccup with a part, but they made it right! They gas a ride to our home 3 miles away to wait for our truck instead of us staying for 5 hours. When their ride car developed an issue to pick us up, they paid for an Uber! Bathrooms are nice and clean 5 star. Love the way Greg explained explained everything. Ride driver is very friendly. If you opt to wait on your car, they have theater style recliners and big screen tv for movie watching. Much better tha n big name auto service centers! We even got a long view quote for repairs we need in the next couple of years for our 2015 Tacoma so we can make future plans. Wow, loved it.

Rush is one of those rare unique auto shops that excels above and beyond what most people have come to expect from mechanics. They have fair pricing, explain what they are doing and check in with the customer before going further, and do a fantastic, quality job. It’s always tough to find these rare shops in any city, as there are so many average or franchise shops that muddy the waters, but Rush in Round Rock is that one good shop you’re looking for. Their quality and expertise are phenomenal, and they have an extremely comfortable waiting area for customers to relax while having immediate work done. This was my first experience with Rush, but they will be my go-to shop going forward. They embody the classic style of car repair, which is seldom found anymore.

I took my car back for the second time to Rush automotive to get the tie rod replaced. And another alignment , I also got a oil change . They were very professional. The work was done in the amount of time that they said it would be. And Cody and his team definitely, make you feel like you're going to get the best service they can provide. Glad I went back for a second time. We'll definitely refer them to friends and family.
